What We Learn From the Lion
One of lion’s character strengths that I like to share with friends:
If a lion chases 100km to catch a crow, and the crow that runs the long distance runs away from the long distance, and another new one gets out of his feet to stay, he will not leave the long distance chase and run with the new one! The reason he brought her in a long chase was that they had entertained the same process, the same exertions, so he ended the race with her and did not start the race with any other. And a weakness in human nature: Most people are focused on one thing, and not on achieving that. If he opens a conspiracy theory, and if another comes to the neighborhood and opens a computer shop, he thinks this looks better and leaves that to him, and in the same way he opens a computer shop. I have that and I have this. He wants to run with both feet in two places at once. He doesn’t have a strong personal vision, he lives by people’s ideas! Even if it doesn’t turn out the way he thought it would, he doesn’t sit back and focus on the solution. He sits and hooks himself. “I have no solution!” he preaches a sermon to himself.
